Elevation Rail Consultants brings decades of proven leadership and expertise in freight rail infrastructure, project delivery, and regulatory compliance. The firm’s foundation is built on extensive experience overseeing capital programs, maintenance strategies, and construction management across Class I, short line, and industrial rail networks.
Prior to launching Elevation Rail Consultants, Senior leadership served as Vice President of Engineering for Pioneer Lines & Pinsly Railroad Company, where they managed the maintenance and enhancement of tracks, bridges, grade crossings, and active warning systems, while also overseeing the design and execution of major new projects.
With over 25 years of rail industry experience, Elevation’s team has held key engineering and management roles with major operators including CSX, OmniTRAX, Palmetto Railways, and Watco Companies. The firm also brings federal-level insight through prior service with the Federal Railroad Administration, where responsibilities included leading special inspections, regulatory compliance audits, and derailment investigations—efforts that contributed to a significant reduction in track-related incidents nationwide.
Certified in both Project Management (PMP) and Railroad Project Management, Elevation Rail Consultants maintains active engagement with leading industry organizations such as ASLRRA and AREMA, and is committed to delivering practical, high-impact solutions for its clients across the freight rail sector.
